Our "PHYSICAL SITE " is located in San Diego County, State of California, USA. Our geographical area is known throughout the high tech industry as the 'Golden Triangle'. Our overall goals and objectives are to provide Internet based training and technical assistance services to small business entrepreneurs and those in a job search mode. We also function as a Virtual Assistant. Our "VIRTUAL OFFICE FACILITY" is this website. NetcubatorUSA.com is a demonstration project under the management of Dr. Adolpho Sanchez Ph.D.
Our physical and virtual office facilities are administered by Dr. Adolpho Sanchez Ph.D., Executive Director, and supported with adjunct professionals as case management requires. We are a small Internet Community Based Organization (ICBO) oganization dedicated to helping individuals 'grow' their business or develop their professional career.
VII: COST of SERVICES: Cost of Services are free to our participants. Number of participants we are able to support is based on funding generated through Grants, Donations, and purchases of our training materials. Additional support funding is generated through paid advertising and corporate Sponsorship programs. In addition, donations from the public are greatly appreciated. Our services are provided to individuals through land based Community Based organizations (CBO's), through 3rd Party Referrals (3PR's) , through Professional Assistants (PA's), and/or through Virtual Assistants (VA's) with avatar designations.
